Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to services and products sold by Giftera Tech LLC ("Giftera Tech", "we"). If you have a question, write to hello@giftera-tech.com.

Software development services

Projects are invoiced by milestone, as set out in the written proposal. You can cancel a project at any time by email. Milestones already delivered are not refundable; payments for milestones not yet started are refunded in full within 14 days of the cancellation.

Hourly and maintenance work is billed monthly and can be cancelled with 15 days' notice. Hours already worked are not refundable.

Subscriptions (Atlyo)

Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded by Apple or Google under their policies. Subscriptions billed directly by Giftera Tech can be refunded within 7 days of the charge on request.

In-app purchases (El Bárbaro)

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests go through the store where the purchase was made. Digital items are delivered instantly to the player's account.

How to request a refund

Email hello@giftera-tech.com with your invoice number or account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
