Delivery Policy

Giftera Tech LLC sells digital services and software only. We do not ship physical products.

Development services

Delivery dates and milestones are set in the written proposal for each project.
Work is delivered digitally: through a shared code repository, a deployed environment (website, server or app store) and/or files sent by email or cloud storage.
Each milestone is considered delivered when we send it to the client for review. The client has 5 business days to report issues before it is considered accepted.
Hourly and maintenance work is delivered continuously, with a monthly report of the hours and tasks completed.

Atlyo subscriptions are activated immediately after payment or at the start of the free trial, and are accessed through the Atlyo web app and mobile apps.
El Bárbaro in-app purchases are delivered instantly to the player's account after Apple or Google confirms the payment.

If something you paid for doesn't arrive, write to hello@giftera-tech.com and we will fix it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
